  • Do you pack everything or is it customizable?

    Our packing services are flexible and tailored to each customer's specific requirements. We can pack your entire home or focus on particular areas, depending on your preferences. Some customers opt for us to handle all their belongings, while others may request assistance with only certain items.
  • Do you take apart and reassemble furniture?

    As a comprehensive moving service, we come equipped with the necessary tools to disassemble and reassemble furniture as needed. This includes items such as beds, mirrors, tables, exercise equipment, and any other pieces that require dismantling for safe transport.
  • Are there any items the team won't move?

    As a licensed moving company, we are prohibited from transporting certain items including live plants, firearms, ammunition, aerosols, and flammable liquids. We also advise customers to personally transport small valuables such as cash, jewelry, important documents, and personal electronic devices.
  • How far in advance do I need to schedule my move?

    We recommend booking our services as early as possible to ensure availability and allow ample time for preparation. Ideally, scheduling at least two weeks prior to your desired moving date provides the best flexibility and increases the likelihood of securing your preferred time slot.
  • Can I help speed up the moving process?

    Certainly. To expedite the moving process, ensure all items are packed and labeled before our arrival if you're not using our packing services. Additionally, avoid scheduling other services like cleaning on the same day as your move to prevent potential conflicts or delays.
  • Can I ride along with the movers?

    We understand that some customers may need to accompany their belongings. If this is necessary for your move, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • If the weather is bad, can you still complete the move?

    We are prepared to carry out moves in various weather conditions, including rain, hail, or sleet. Our team takes extra precautions to protect your belongings and ensure their safe delivery, regardless of the weather.
  • How should I prepare my large appliances for moving?

    We can disconnect and reconnect most electrical appliances, but we are not licensed for gas appliances. Please empty and clean all appliances before the move. For gas appliances like stoves or dryers, arrange for a qualified professional to handle the disconnection and reconnection.
  • Do I need to empty out my dresser drawers?

    You may leave clothing in dresser drawers, but we advise removing any items that could shift or cause damage during transport. For larger furniture pieces like armoires or chests of drawers, we recommend emptying the contents to facilitate easier and safer moving.
